Rate reducer gives you lower monthly payments reducing costs over the initial product period (usually a 2 year fixed term) so purchasers can buy with as little as a 5% deposit.

It’s a simple mortgage product which takes a 3% or 5% incentive from the builder to reduce your monthly mortgage rate; current rates available are from 0.99% - 3.99% with loan to value between 60% and 95%. Once you’ve found the home thats right for you, your Sales Executive can recommend an Own New approved mortgage broker who will provide independent advice and guide you through the mortgage application process.

5% Deposit booster

We could boost your deposit by funding up to an additional 5% of your purchase price. This means borrowing less from your lender, which could help you secure a more competitive mortgage rate.

Here’s an example of how the 5% deposit booster scheme works:

If you were looking to buy a £225,000 home with an £11,250 deposit (5%) we could top up your deposit with an additional £11,250 (5%) meaning you now have a 10% deposit, so only need a 90% mortgage.

Ben Bailey Homes are proud to offer a £5000 discount off the purchase price of any new home. This discount is available to anyone (including any family member) who lives in a Ben Bailey built house (all the way back to 1933) and any ex-employee of Ben Bailey Homes.
