5% Deposit Booster

We could boost your deposit by funding up to an additional 5% of your purchase price. This means borrowing less from your lender, which could help you secure a more competitive mortgage rate.

Here’s an example of how the 5% deposit booster scheme works:

If you were looking to buy a £225,000 home with an £11,250 deposit (5%) we could top up your deposit with an additional £11,250 (5%) meaning you now have a 10% deposit, so only need a 90% mortgage.

Mortgage Assist

Ride out the rough times with our Mortgage Assist Scheme. We’ll help you secure your dream home by contributing a whopping £600 per month towards your mortgage payments for 18 months saving you £10,800 and giving you that vital leg up.

The full Mortgage Assist amount will be given as a lump sum incentive upon completion of your property. You can use the money against your monthly mortgage payments or however you choose.

Part Exchange Scheme (Site Dependent)

Take the hassle out of selling your home. If you buy one of our homes, we will buy yours. No estate agent fees to pay, no chain, no delays - the list of benefits goes on!

This is how it works. One of our trusted Part Exchange partners will arrange 2 independent valuations of your property. They give a realistic assessment of its current selling price rather than its asking price. They may ask to visit your home before making an offer.

An offer will be made in writing and if you are happy with the offer you can reserve your new home and instruct your solicitor.

Our Part Exchange partners will instruct solicitors on the purchase of your home and arrange to complete a RICS survey. Subject to this survey we will then agree a target completion day with our partner when your home will be purchased and you can move into your Ben Bailey home.

Ben Bailey Homes Owners Club Discount

Ben Bailey Homes are proud to offer a £5000 discount off the purchase price of any new home. This discount is available to anyone (including any family member) who lives in a Ben Bailey built house (all the way back to 1933) and any ex-employee of Ben Bailey Homes.

Key Workers Incentive

First Time Buyer Deposit Contribution and Legal Fees Paid
